Workshop Registration Fees
To stimulate student participation, we offer discounts to students. In addition, early registrations up to 1.3.2026 will receive a discount. Please refer to the table with registration rates for the AACD 2026 below.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
- In the case of cancellation, requests received on or before March 2nd, 2026 will be refunded 50%.
- No refund will be possible if notice of cancellation is received after March 2nd, 2026.
- The same rule applies for erroneous payments.
Registration / Payment
- Only online registration with credit card or bank transfer payment is available.
- After filling the online registration form, you will be redirected to a secure web site for payment with credit card or provided with bank coordinates for wire transfer.
- In case of payment with bank transfer, the registration will not be considered final until the payment is received.
- For registration shortly before the conference, a proof of payment has to be shown (bank transfer reference/confirmation number) at the workshop registration desk.
